Dr. Dragan Mihajlović is Managing Director of MapSoft and the senior co-founder and co-owner of both MapSoft and Mobile Solutions, with several decades of professional, academic and managerial experience in geodesy, photogrammetry, GIS and geoinformatics. He spent many years teaching digital photogrammetry, geoinformatics and GIS at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Civil Engineering, and continues to contribute his expertise to MapSoft after retirement. His experience includes spatial data acquisition and processing, cadastral applications and decades of work on land consolidation projects. He has also contributed to MapSoft’s hydrographic surveying activities, combining professional geomatics knowledge with extensive practical experience in navigation and boating.

Professor Željko Cvijetinović has more than 30 years of experience in geospatial data acquisition, modelling and analysis, GIS development, photogrammetry, LiDAR and digital terrain modelling. As one of MapSoft’s founders and co-owners, he has worked as project manager, team leader and senior consultant on numerous complex geospatial projects, including aerial photogrammetry, LiDAR, digital mapping, cadastral and topographic applications and spatial data integration. He was also a lead software engineer in the development of the MapSoft software suite. At the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Civil Engineering, he has taught and developed courses in geoinformatics, GIS, photogrammetry, Web GIS, spatial databases, digital terrain modelling and laser scanning.

Miloš Vojinović is a geodesy and geoinformatics expert with more than 30 years of experience in GIS, location-based services, IoT platforms and fleet management solutions. He holds an MSc in Geodesy from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Civil Engineering, where he also worked as a lecturer and researcher for more than two decades. As a co-founder of MapSoft and Mobile Solutions and Director of Mobile Solutions, he has led and advised numerous IT and geospatial projects for public institutions, infrastructure and utility companies and international organizations. His expertise combines project management, system design and strategic development of complex GIS, web-based and fleet management solutions.

Momir Mitrović is a geodetic engineer with 25 years of experience in photogrammetry, remote sensing and GIS, and is Director of the Spatial Data Acquisition Sector and co-owner of MapSoft. He manages complex aerial survey, LiDAR and topographic mapping projects throughout their full lifecycle, from client requirements and survey planning to field coordination, processing supervision, quality control and final delivery. Before joining MapSoft full-time, he spent 17 years at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Civil Engineering, as a teaching assistant. He is certified by Teledyne for airborne photogrammetric and LiDAR systems and mobile mapping scanners and has managed major projects in transport, energy, water management, urban development and environmental applications.

Igor Nedeljković is Director of Sales and Marketing at MapSoft, with more than 24 years of experience in geomatics and geoinformation. He holds MSc degrees in Geodesy and in Photogrammetry and Geoinformatics and is a licensed geodetic engineer. Since joining MapSoft in 2002, he has been involved in business development, client relations, proposal preparation and coordination of complex geospatial and GIS projects, as well as positioning the company’s services on domestic and international markets. His work combines technical knowledge with commercial and communication skills and includes projects for public authorities, utilities, international organizations and private-sector clients, including UNDP, FAO, the Council of Europe and EU institutions.

Nikola Kovačević is Head of the IT Sector at MapSoft, with more than 18 years of experience in GIS, Location-Based Services and Fleet Management software projects. He has worked as project manager, lead developer and system architect, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and coordinating multidisciplinary development teams. His expertise includes system architecture, software development, spatial data analysis, quality control and user training, with extensive experience in technologies such as QGIS, GeoServer, MapStore, PostGIS, OpenLayers, Leaflet, Cesium, Cadcorp and SuperMap. Nikola has participated in EU-funded, World Bank, UNDP, national and private-sector projects and has been a lead developer and system architect of the MobTrack:24 platform since 2008.
