Tanja Jovanović is Office Manager for both MapSoft and Mobile Solutions, with many years of experience in business administration, international cooperation, documentation and communication with clients, partners and institutions. She supports the management and multidisciplinary project teams of both companies and contributes to the coordination of day-to-day operations and domestic and international projects. She graduated from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Philology, and during her employment at MapSoft completed a Master’s degree in Business Economics at Singidunum University. Her master’s thesis, “Risk Management in the Business Operations of MapSoft d.o.o.”, focused on strategic and financial analysis, business performance and the identification and management of financial, strategic, operational and other corporate risks.

Dejan Kukolj is a senior geodetic engineer with 25 years of experience in the collection, processing, verification and integration of spatial, cadastral and other geospatial data. He holds an MSc in Geodesy from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Civil Engineering, and has been with MapSoft for more than two decades. His expertise includes cadastral and topographic surveying, land consolidation, spatial databases, utility cadastre, GIS integration and technical documentation. He has worked on major infrastructure, water management, utility, urban development and cadastral projects, including railway and road surveys, aerial photogrammetry and LiDAR mapping, digital cadastral map production and utility databases. He holds first-class professional geodetic licences issued by the Republic Geodetic Authority and the Serbian Chamber of Engineers.

Ivan Pušica is a senior GIS software developer and GIS architect with 19 years of professional experience in the design, development and implementation of GIS applications, spatial databases and web services. He has extensive expertise in open-source GIS technologies and enterprise GIS architectures, including MapStore, GeoServer, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, QGIS, Cadcorp and SuperMap, as well as programming in C#, JavaScript, Visual Basic, VBA and Transact-SQL. His work covers system architecture, database modelling, development of web and desktop GIS applications, integration of spatial services, custom GIS tools and plugins, data migration and implementation of complex geospatial information systems. Ivan has served as software developer and GIS architect on numerous national and international projects for public authorities, utilities and organizations such as FAO, the Council of Europe, UNDP and the EU, and is certified by Cadcorp for GIS project management, information system architecture, spatial data management and desktop, server and web GIS development.

Bojan Vujičić is a geodetic engineer with more than a decade of professional experience in geodesy, GIS and spatial data management. He holds an MSc in Geodesy from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Civil Engineering, and has worked at MapSoft since 2012. His expertise includes cadastral and geospatial data processing, GIS database development, spatial data modelling and desktop and web GIS solutions, with multi-year experience on land consolidation projects involving cadastral data integration and spatial database management. Bojan is also a Category B Certified Hydrographic Surveyor, qualified for hydrographic data acquisition and processing, and holds a first-class geodetic licence issued by the Republic Geodetic Authority of Serbia.

Stefan Ilić is a geodetic engineer with professional experience in photogrammetry, GIS and advanced geospatial data acquisition. He holds an MSc in Geodesy and specializes in aerial survey operations, LiDAR scanning and the production of digital orthophotos, DTM/DSM models, topographic maps and classified point clouds. Certified by Teledyne Optech for system operation and data processing, he is an experienced member of MapSoft’s aerial acquisition team and has participated in large-scale projects in Serbia and across Europe. His work includes preparation and execution of acquisition missions, operation of aerial survey systems, data quality supervision and participation in processing workflows for transport, urban mapping, mining, energy, hydrology and environmental projects.

Anka Mijalković is a geodetic engineer and full-time MapSoft employee with several years of experience in LiDAR data processing and analysis. She holds an MSc in Geodesy and specializes in the complete airborne laser scanning workflow, including data preparation, classification, editing, verification and final quality control of point clouds and derived geospatial products. She is certified by Terrasolid for working with the company’s specialized LiDAR processing software and has extensive practical experience on complex geospatial projects. As LiDAR Data Processing Team Leader, Anka coordinates processing activities, supervises technical workflows, ensures consistency and accuracy of deliverables and performs final quality control prior to project delivery.

Gordana Ilić Milovanović is a geodetic engineer with more than 24 years of experience in geospatial data acquisition and processing, photogrammetry, LiDAR and GIS. As Head of the Geodesy and GIS Department at MapSoft, she plans, manages and supervises complex geospatial projects and is responsible for cartographic processing and quality control. Her expertise includes airborne photogrammetry and LiDAR, mobile and handheld laser scanning, multibeam hydrographic surveying and production of digital topographic products. She holds professional licences for geodetic design, execution and supervision, as well as manufacturer certifications for advanced multisensor and mobile scanning systems, and has led projects in transport, energy, mining, urban development, water management and public administration across several European countries.

Srđan Vasiljević is an information systems engineer with experience in the development and maintenance of GIS, web-based information systems and Fleet Management solutions. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering from the University of Kragujevac and has strong expertise in databases, programming and web application development. His technical experience includes Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, C#, C/C++, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, SQL and T-SQL, as well as reporting and data visualization with SSRS and Power BI. Srđan has participated in numerous GIS and web geoportal projects for public institutions, utilities and international organizations and is actively involved in the development, reporting, maintenance and technical support of the MobTrack:24 Fleet Management platform.

Igor Kokorev is a Software Engineer at MapSoft with more than 20 years of combined experience in geospatial engineering and software development, specializing in full-stack web development, GIS applications and high-load business platforms. His technical expertise includes React, Redux, Laravel, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, GeoServer, PostGIS, MapStore and Odoo, together with strong experience in UI/UX implementation, database optimization, API integration, deployment and server infrastructure. At MapSoft, he has worked on the development and maintenance of the MobTrack:24 Fleet Management platform, government open data portals, ERP solutions and web/mobile GIS applications for real-time fieldwork management and spatial data visualization. His background combines practical knowledge of surveying, GNSS, UAV photogrammetry and geodata processing with modern web development, enabling him to effectively bridge geospatial engineering and scalable IT solutions.

Marjana Savićević Cvijetinović is an experienced software engineer and information systems designer with 27 years of professional experience in application development, database design, system integration and data analysis. She graduated from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Mathematics, Department of Computer Science and Informatics, and has extensive expertise in Java ADF, C#.NET, VB.NET, SQL, PL/SQL, SOAP/REST web services and Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases. Before joining Mobile Solutions in 2026, she held senior development positions in the Mihajlo Pupin Institute, the Serbian Tax Administration, the Privatization Agency and the banking sector, working on large-scale and mission-critical information systems. Her experience includes development and maintenance of toll collection systems in Serbia and Republika Srpska, integration with external systems and web services, database optimization, reporting, data quality analysis and the development of complex business applications for public-sector and financial institutions.
