What we do

Two connected land-management processes, one controlled spatial foundation

MapSoft treats cadastral renewal and land consolidation as distinct but closely connected processes. Cadastral renewal establishes an up-to-date technical basis for real-estate cadastre through geodetic control, photogrammetric and field survey, object and parcel mapping, and digital cadastral/topographic production.

Land consolidation reorganizes fragmented agricultural holdings and supporting road and drainage networks through a multi-year workflow that combines survey, valuation support, allocation, field transfer and final cadastral establishment. In both cases, spatial geometry, descriptive data and project documentation are managed as one traceable production system.

Cadastral Renewal

MapSoft’s documented cadastral-renewal methodology combines geodetic network development, aerial photogrammetry, orthophoto, stereorestitution and targeted field completion. In the programme described in MapSoft’s earlier technical publications, built-up parts of cadastral municipalities were renewed using photogrammetric methods, with the same imagery supporting mapping, object interpretation and quality checks through the project lifecycle. The workflow is organized to produce a consistent digital cadastral and topographic state that can support establishment and long-term maintenance of real-estate cadastre.

Land Consolidation

MapSoft approaches land consolidation as an integrated geospatial and land-administration project. The work can include development of geodetic control, vectorization and verification of the existing state, support for parcel valuation, design of field-road and drainage networks, analytical development of the new state, documented parcel allocation, field marking and formation of the new digital cadastral and topographic plans. The objective is a more functional land structure: fewer and larger parcels where appropriate, improved access, a logical road and drainage framework and a technically controlled basis for the new cadastral state.
