Data Processing & Production

GIS / BIM-ready Data

Spatial data structured for the client’s target database, GIS, CAD or BIM environment — with geometry, attributes, topology, coordinate systems and exchange formats prepared for direct downstream use rather than delivered as disconnected files.

What we do

Spatial data prepared for the system that will use it

MapSoft prepares datasets according to target GIS, spatial-database and BIM-oriented schemas, including feature classes, geometry rules, identifiers, attributes, coordinate reference systems, topology and metadata. The goal is efficient handover into the client’s operational or engineering environment without rebuilding the information structure after delivery.

The work can include migration and restructuring of legacy CAD/GIS/BIM data, coordinate transformation, schema mapping and integration with newly captured information. Deliveries are configured for database loading or interoperable exchange in project-defined GIS, CAD and BIM formats.
