One cadastral municipality, two linked land-administration transformations

Bački Petrovac combined cadastral renewal in the built-up area with land consolidation across the surrounding agricultural area. The project had to connect historical analogue records, modern survey and photogrammetry, digital cadastral/topographic databases and technically governed parcel reallocation in one traceable workflow.

The parcel structure changed at territorial scale — and the result is visible

The strongest project-specific proof is the before/after land structure. Agricultural parcels decreased from 13,463 to 4,917 while average parcel area increased from 0.42 ha to 1.15 ha. Cadastral renewal

Historical cadastral records were converted into a controlled digital survey foundation

Thirty-one original plan sheets were scanned, georeferenced and vectorized from the historic Stereographic reference, then transformed and reconciled with the modern survey environment. In the construction area, photogrammetry, control and digital interpretation were tied directly to DKP/DTP production.

High-resolution imagery and field control supported digital interpretation

Construction-area photogrammetry used 388 acquired images, a 387-image aerial-triangulation block and 202 measured orientation/control points. The final orthophoto was produced at 5 cm GSD and supported 409 digital photo-sketches.

Roads, canals, valuation and new parcels were engineered as one controlled land structure

The outside-area workflow connected old-state cadastral data, land valuation, block calculations and technical allocation with the design of the new road/canal framework. Administrative allocation decisions remained with the Land Consolidation Commission; MapSoft's evidenced role covered the core digital, database and technical allocation work packages.

Field realization

Designed land structure was transferred back to the field with GNSS and terrestrial survey

Survey teams supported topographic detail, control and field stakeout across the consolidation area. Specialist field packages were delivered within the documented consortium structure, and MapSoft is attributed only to the work packages assigned to it.

Digital workflow

KoMasss and MapSoft software connected mass books, allocation controls and final cadastral data

The project was not only a survey operation. MapSoft's proprietary software environment supported old/new mass records, participant and statement workflows, analytical area calculations, automated parcel operations, reporting and preparation of final DKP/DTP databases and exchange outputs.

Documented quality

Photogrammetric and cadastral controls were built into the production chain

The final photogrammetry report documents orientation-point RMSE of 0.019 m / 0.022 m / 0.022 m (SY/SX/SZ). Construction DTP elevation comparison reports RMSE 0.07 m. Land-allocation and final DKP workflows also applied area/value reconciliation and geometric/topological consistency checks.
