Project context

Standardize fleet operations across a complex nationwide organization

JP EPS needed one controlled browser-based environment for fleet records and operational processes that had previously been supported by different software, procedures and local working practices across organizational units.

280Organizational units

Organizational units reached through the implementation and training rollout; meaning and public use confirmed by MapSoft owner review on 11 September 2026.

4Accepted control points

Four formal project phases/control points.

42Administrators & key users in phase III UAT

42 administrators and key users participated in the phase III UAT/user-training scale reported in the final realization presentation; categories may overlap with other training counts.

Business objective

Standardize dispersed fleet-management procedures in one role-aware operational environment and support a controlled transition to production through environment preparation, testing and user enablement.

JP EPS operated a geographically and organizationally complex transport function with different software, procedures and local practices across organizational units. The supplier group implemented a common Web platform for vehicle and driver records, vehicle-use requests, travel orders, maintenance, fuel workflows, reporting and administration. MapSoft's documented contractual contribution is specifically joint responsibility for the initial environment/administrator training and system testing/UAT/user training phases.

Core challenge

Roll out a common fleet operating model across a large hierarchical organization while preserving real business rules, role/organization governance, testing and user adoption.

Vehicle-use request → validation/approval → travel order, alongside vehicle/driver records, maintenance/fault/service workflows, reporting, fuel invoices and role/organization administration.

Operational workflow

Connect requests, travel orders, maintenance and reporting in one operating model

The delivered supplier-group platform covered vehicle and driver master data, vehicle-use requests and approvals, travel orders, maintenance and service records, fuel-related workflows, reporting and system administration.

MapSoft contribution

Precise responsibility is part of the project story

Mobile Solutions led the supplier group. MapSoft jointly participated in control point 2 for the initial environment and administrator training and control point 3 for system testing, UAT and user training. Business analysis/conceptual design and production go-live were allocated to Mobile Solutions.

Exact MapSoft role

Supplier-group member with joint responsibility for CP2 and CP3

MapSoft was a supplier-group member, not the sole software contractor. Under the signed task split, MapSoft jointly with Mobile Solutions delivered the initial/fresh environment and system-administrator training (control point 2) and system testing/UAT plus user training (control point 3). The final project evidence also supports presenting the wider software implementation as a MapSoft–Mobile Solutions group reference, but it does not support assigning specific code modules exclusively to MapSoft. Detailed business analysis/conceptual design and production go-live were contractually allocated to Mobile Solutions.

Testing & enablement

Enterprise rollout required testing, UAT and user enablement

Final realization evidence documents administrator training and the UAT/user-training phase. The prepared visual is anonymized, and the platform is confirmed to remain in production at JP EPS as of September 2026.

Portfolio proof

Enterprise software credibility grounded in real operational processes

EPS MobTrack:24 is supporting proof that MapSoft can participate in formal enterprise-software delivery for complex operational organizations, especially environment preparation, testing/UAT and user enablement, while working inside a multi-company responsibility structure and preserving exact attribution boundaries.
